Registration for Students Entering 7th Grade

The Tennessee Department of Health requires students entering the 7th grade to show proof of the Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis booster (“Tdap”). Parents must provide documentation of this immunization on an official Tennessee Certificate of Immunization. This document can be faxed directly to West Carroll Jr/Sr High School at 731-662-4198.


*All student of West Carroll SSD must provide Proof of Residency/Address, which can be two of the following: Mortgage or Rent Receipt AND Utility Bill receipt




Accessing the Registration Form

You will use Synergy ParentVue to access the registration form. Please note, you must use a computer to complete the registration form. You will not be able to complete the registration process on a mobile device.

Completing the Registration Form

Once you are logged in to Synergy ParentVue:

  • Select the student you wish to register along the top.
  • Select the Student Registration Icon on the left side for 2020-2021.
  • Begin filling out the form. 
  • When you have finished entering your information, click "Submit."

Do I have to answer all the questions?

You must complete all of the required questions that are marked as "Required."


What if I make a mistake?

If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click "<Prev" to return to a previous page. 


I've completed the form. Now what?

When you have finished entering your information, click "Submit." This will send all information you've entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all the required questions. 


What if I have more than one student in the West Carroll Special School District? Do I need to do this for each child?

Yes, you will have to submit the registration form once per each child, because you will need to provide information that is specific to each student. We recommend that you submit one Returning Student Registration and then start another as this will allow you to "snap over" shared family information.

If you are having technical difficulties, contact your school office for assistance.. 


Online Registration can be completed from home, or anywhere you have internet access. 

Parents may also complete Online Registration at one of the WC schools.  ***Registration can be achieved from any site; it is not required that you be at your child’s school.  We want to make this convenient for you as possible.***

Please call the Central Office at 731-662-4200 to schedule an appointment to complete registration at the school.  We are following CDC guidelines. Only 1 person may be present at the appointment.  No students are allowed.
